Recent goal and impact:
Our goal is to grow our architectural metal and glass fabrication/installation firm in the large-scale project market. We recently completed a very prominent project in this segment: the $2 billion redevelopment of the 1.3-million s/f terminal warehouse at 261 11th Ave. in Manhattan. Prime Glass fabricated and installed multiple custom, arched interior storefronts and powder-coated aluminum handrails. The project team included contractor New Line Structures & Development, COOKFOX Architects and developers L&L Holding Co., Columbia Property Trust and Cannon Hill Capital Partners.

Turning problems into opportunities:
With an increasing work volume, which reached approximately 100 projects in 2024, our firm had to increase productivity. To meet this growing demand, Prime Glass recently expanded its fabrication shop in the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY with two new CNC machines - a press break and a profiler. In addition to commercial, retail, hospitality and multi-family projects in New York City and the greater New York area, this has allowed our firm to expanded into Connecticut, where our team completed work at the new Restoration Hardware store in Fairfield.
