H.W. Kaufman Group’s NYC office to relocate to Silverstein Props.’ 1177 Avenue of the Americas
Manhattan, NY Silverstein Properties has reached a long-term agreement with H.W. Kaufman Group, which will relocate its New York City office to 1177 Avenue of the Americas.

Kaufman, which signed a 10-year lease, will occupy 11,012 s/f across a portion of 1177 Avenue of the America’s 21st floor upon its move from 555 Fifth Ave. in late 2025.
Silverstein was represented in-house by Harlan Strader, as well as by Lou D’Avanzo, Anthony LoPresti, Peter Kerans and Caroline Collins of Cushman & Wakefield. Kaufman was represented by Kirill Azovtsev, Shay Bolton, and Alex Redlus of Savills.
