Jack Resnick & Sons welcomes Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation to 133 East 58th St.

Manhattan, NY Jack Resnick & Sons negotiated a new 10-year, 6,733 s/f lease with the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation at 133 East 58th St., its 15-story office building located in the Plaza District.
Resnick will execute a full build-out of the space ahead of the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation’s planned move-in in the summer of 2025.
Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house in the transaction by managing director Fran Delgorio and executive managing director Brett Greenberg. The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation was represented by vice chairman Adelaide Polsinelli and vice president Marc Shulman of Compass.

The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation, a newly-founded nonprofit, offers a comprehensive range of programs addressing the physical, emotional and social challenges faced by individuals with Parkinson’s disease. The organization’s first ever headquarters will occupy part of the building’s sixth floor and serve as its central hub for wellness programs, community engagement and advocacy for the Parkinson’s community.
Built in 1930 and acquired by Jack Resnick & Sons in 1968, 133 East 58th St. is situated at the corner of Lexington Ave. and Park Ave. The building features a refreshed stone lobby, 24/7 concierge service and a modernized elevator system with new cabs.
