Metro Realty Services sells three properties for $6.99 million

Lindenhurst, NY Metro Realty Services, LLC sold three properties totaling $6.99 million in separate transactions.

Jeremy Hackett sold 12,474 s/f at 920 N Wellwood Ave. to 920 Pepa Realty LLC, for $2.3 million. Hackett represented the seller, 920 N Wellwood LLC, and Century 21 represented the buyer.

And in West Babylon, Hackett sold a one acre site at 170 Field St. to Beyer Field Street LLC, for $2.75 million. Hackett represented both the seller, Hesh’s Recycling Inc., and the buyer.

Also, Michael Pisciotta of Metro Realty Services sold 8,010 s/f at 130 Dale St. to AAA Polymer, for $1.94 million. Pisciotta represented the buyer and Mario Asaro of Industry One represented the seller.
