The Moinian Group inks 5,000 s/f lease with Cobalt Service Partners in Flatiron

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group has signed a 5,000 s/f, five-year lease with Cobalt Service Partners, a commercial access solutions platform at 53 West 21st St. in the Flatiron district. Cobalt Service Partners will use its new space for the company’s office operations upon move-in in Q1 2025.

Doug Regal, executive vice president and Chelsea Foster, associate at JLL represented the landlord (The Moinian Group) in the transaction. The tenant (Cobalt Service Partners) was represented by Ross Eisenberg, chief executive officer and Jeremy Birns, office leasing advisor at RDE Advisors, Inc.
