What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront?
Technology is transforming the way we work, and at RCG, we’re always looking for ways to stay ahead. Over the past year, we’ve introduced new tools that make communication more seamless, training more accessible, and project coordination more efficient — all while supporting our goal of keeping everyone safe and informed. From compliance tracking to digital learning platforms, these innovations create a more connected and knowledgeable team, strengthening both our work and the growth of our employees.
Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry?
Being part of RCG’s growth, from an idea to the company it is today, has been one of my most meaningful experiences. I’ve seen Lorraine and Pat turn their vision into a thriving business built on passion, hard work, and inclusivity. Watching Lorraine pave the way for women in a male-dominated industry has been inspiring. My advice: seek mentors, stay curious, and never stop learning. Be confident — there’s a place for you in this industry, and with dedication, you can help shape its future.
What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work?
Spending time with family helps me recharge, stay grounded, and return refreshed for what’s next.
