Donald French of CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse was the listing broker in the $765,000 sale of 5089 Whirlybird Ln. Har-Rob Fire Apparatus purchased the 18,267 s/f commercial/industrial building to use for the repair and maintenance of fire rescue vehicles. The Bell Group was the selling broker.
