Calabasas, CA Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has added Evan Wayne as chief information officer (CIO). Wayne will spearhead the execution of all technology initiatives and expand the company’s longstanding commitment to utilizing technology to service and support its clients, brokers, capital markets professionals, and corporate staff.

Previously, Wayne was CIO for World Market, where he created an independent technology organization and led an extensive team of technology professionals. He spearheaded a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, created new marketing platforms to support enterprise marketing efforts, replaced and modernized critical enterprise systems, and integrated advanced analytics data-driven personalization. Wayne has also served as the vice president technology of digital, corporate systems, infrastructure, and enterprise security for Rodan + Fields LLC.
