Ben-Ami has extensive experience in tax planning for businesses, individuals and tax-exempt organizations and will represent clients in tax examinations and controversies before the IRS and state and local tax authorities. Previously, Ben-Ami was a partner at Heller Ehrman LLP. He is admitted to practice in New York State and in the U.S. Tax Court.
