In 2024, we completed multiple IT office projects for our clients which showed continued interest in hybrid work. Expansion into larger office and industrial spaces, throughout the NY Metro area, show promising economic growth and expansion of NY-based companies. Our computer networking and low voltage installation services have shown growth in 2024, due to more offices being opened or moved.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025? 

Cybersecurity continues to be a concern for commercial real estate firms, or anyone who works in the commercial real estate industry. The cost and damage from a cybersecurity breach can have irreversible effects on any company. AI and hybrid work continue to also become more popular among firms. We have seen our clients using more hybrid work technologies. Notably, video conferencing needs for hybrid teams have become more of a need.
