Horseheads, NY Jack Phillips, principal at Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. secured a $7 million permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a portfolio of flex buildings. The buildings are located off I-86, near Elmira Corning Regional Airport.

Largo was able to provide the borrower with competitive terms despite the high-interest rate environment.
