Manhattan, NY The New York chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC-NY) recently hosted a Healthcare Forum, bringing together top industry professionals to examine current design and construction projects as well as to discuss the vision for the future of this sector. The group discussed current trends, where AI might increase efficiency, and how PWC members can get involved with upcoming opportunities.

Panelists included Suzen Heeley, executive director of design and construction at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; Tina Macica, associate vice president of design and construction at Montefiore Einstein; and Suzanne Musho, corporate director at New York Presbyterian Hospital; along with moderator Raquel Diaz, vice president, market sector leader from Gilbane Building Company. 

Professional Women in Construction is a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 to support and connect women and promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction and related fields. The Healthcare Forum was one of many PWC informative industry programs held throughout the year to help women advance in their careers.
