Manhattan, NY 52X Consulting has appointed Terry Rutt as director of real estate recruitment. In this newly created role, Rutt will further the company’s presence in the commercial real estate sector, leveraging his experience in talent acquisition and executive search.
Rutt has over 12 years of experience in recruitment across various industries, including real estate, engineering, and finance.
In his previous work, at Rockwood Search Associates, he launched their real estate search verticals and led teams.
“We are thrilled to welcome Terry to our team. His proven ability to develop strategic recruitment plans and deep understanding of the real estate industry make him the ideal candidate to lead our real estate recruitment division,” said Ruben Cano, founder and president of 52X Consulting. “Terry will join our director of construction services, Sadaf Sattarzadeh, to offer comprehensive service to our continually expanding client roster in the real estate development sector. Terry’s knowledge and experience allow us to influence key areas of the development process, including acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, finance, and project execution. Terry’s innovative approach and leadership skills will drive our growth in this sector.”
Rutt’s responsibilities will include developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies for a wide range of real estate development entities, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates in New York and across the country.
“I’m excited to join 52X and expand the firm’s expertise and unique personal approach into the commercial real estate sector,” said Rutt. “This is a great opportunity to combine my passion for talent acquisition with my expertise in the real estate sector. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s growth and helping our clients find exceptional talent.”
Rutt studied at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs and earned his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
