Sheldon Good to hold auction on December 14

According to Sheldon Good & Company Auctions NorthEast LLC, they will auction 40 studio, one and two-bedroom condos at 331 79th St. in North Bergen and at 2520 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City on December 14. The open auction for condos in both buildings will be conducted at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson, 2 Exchange Pl. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with the auction commencing at noon.
