Manhattan, NY Accounting firm Armanino has signed a 10-year lease for 19,135 s/f on the entire 37th floor of 437 Madison Ave.
This expansion follows Armanino’s acquisition of New York City and Long Island-based accounting firm Janover in November 2023. The new office at 437 Madison consolidates Armanino’s current space at 14 Penn Plaza with Janover’s former office at 485 Madison Avenue, marking both an upgrade and expansion for the firm.
437 Madison Avenue, a 362,000 s/f office building, is home to tenants including Santander Bank, Sycamore Tree Capital Partners, an asset management firm, and commodities trading company ACT Commodities. The building continues to be a sought-after location for major financial and corporate institutions.
The lease agreement was negotiated by president Michael Cohen, alongside vice presidents Maria Valanzano and Jessica Verdi, who represented Armanino in the transaction.
“It was a privilege to represent Armanino in this important transaction. It has allowed them to establish a major footprint in NYC while materially upgrading their infrastructure," said Cohen.
"Armanino’s expansion into our new space at 437 Madison Avenue is a testament to our growth and commitment to providing a top-tier work environment for our team. The building’s enhanced amenities will not only provide an elevated in-office experience for our team but will also better position us to serve our growing client base in and around New York City," said Dominic Rovano, partner at Armanino
