Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate LLC, as well as Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca, and Brittany Silver of Newmark represented the landlord, Lafayette-Astor Associates, LLC in the transaction. Jason Majlessi of Venture Commercial and Remy Liebersohn of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Exbo Group, Inc. is expected to move in this October; the space was previously occupied by Direct Agents.
