Brooklyn, NY Kriss Capital and Haussmann Development formed a partnership with the Saint Louis family who had owned and operated a garage on the property for thirty years. The Saint Louis family had a steadfast vision to develop a multi-family building on the property in keeping with the changing landscape of the neighborhood. Kriss Capital and Haussmann worked with the family to develop the plans and bring the capital and expertise to execute the project. 

Scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, 827 Sterling Pl. will contain 76 apartments with a mix of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, and 38 parking spaces within an 80,000 s/f, 7-story building. The sponsors expect the project with it’s appropriate scale and red brick facade to be a welcome addition to the already architecturally-rich Crown Heights neighborhood.
