Uniondale, NY According to Sahn Ward Braff Coschignano, Hillary Massey is joining the firm as an associate. She will concentrate her practice in labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Massey was a principal law clerk to the Honorable Justice Ashlee Crawford in the Bronx County Supreme Court. Before serving as Justice Crawford’s Principal Law Clerk, Massey served as assistant law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Montelione, Justice in the Kings County Supreme Court. In these roles, Massey researched and drafted decisions involving contract disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury matters, employment law disputes and real estate litigation, and made recommendations regarding complex legal issues. Massey was also the principal author of over 150 decisions, including a New York Labor Law decision published in the New York Law Journal: Alvardao v. Bermuda Realty, No. 2 LLC, et al, 77 Misc. 3d 1207(A), 177 N.Y.S.3d 837 (N.Y. Sup. Ct. 2022).
Massey is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law in 2021.
Massey graduated cum laude from New York University (2014), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
