The firm, founded by managing partner, Peter Zinkovetsky, is relocating from its previous office at 360 Madison Ave. Avenue Law Firm’s new office will provide an ideal environment for the firm’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in real estate law. The 3,977 s/f space was delivered vacant and is housed in 505 Park Ave., a 22-story, 199,575 s/f office building — with 175,171 rentable s/f — owned by G.S. Park LLC and built in 1949.

Rates in the building are $70 per s/f. The property was represented by Harry Blair, executive managing director, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The was no tenant representation.
