JF Real Estate leases 1,300 s/f to Cake Bar

Syracuse, NY Duyen Nguyen, owner of Cake Bar, leased a 1,300 s/f retail space in the White Memorial Building, 108 E Washington, formerly occupied by 210 Teas.

JF Real Estate, represented the landlord, Salina White Associates, LLC in the lease .

This new venture marks Nguyen’s third location in downtown. This new location will introduce an innovative concept: The Tea House by Cake Bar. The establishment will blend traditional tea ceremonies with elegant high tea parties, featuring made-to-order desserts and a touch of Vietnamese culture. Additionally, this location will offer space for private parties and events, creating a unique and versatile destination for all occasions.
