With these two new locations, Stuf now operates 28 locations across the country, five of which are in New York City.

485 Clermont Ave. is a 15,000 s/f space with flagship retail and 180 units ranging in size from 4x3 ft. to 20x12 ft., bringing accessible and convenient storage to residents, facilities and small businesses in Prospect Heights and Clinton Hill neighborhoods. RXR is the property owner for this location, the New York-based real estate developer’s first location partnership with Stuf.
