New York, NY IREM NYC president Randall Powell, CPM was honored as Project REAP’s (Real Estate Associate Program) New York City Reaper of the Year on Wednesday, May 1st at the organization’s Silver Jubilee celebration led by G. Lamont Blackstone, past chairman of Project REAP.
REAP’s mission is to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships. The event highlighted REAP’s impact on diversifying the CRE talent pipeline for 25 years.
Upon receiving the award, Powell said, “The benefits I have reaped from this program are immeasurable, and I am deeply honored to accept this recognition…REAP’s mission is simple: to impart knowledge, expand networks, refine skills, and unleash individuals ready to enact change in commercial real estate. It has accomplished this and more, and I am forever grateful for the transformative impact REAP has had on my professional journey.”
