Manhattan, NY National real estate development firm Extell has arranged for Brooklyn Fare Kitchen & Market to officially open for business at the base of One Manhattan Sq., the 800-ft. modern glass residential tower on the Lower East Side Waterfront. With several locations around New York City, this is the largest one to date for the full-service grocery store.

Located at 227 Cherry St., Brooklyn Fare’s latest locale has an all-glass storefront, 20-ft. ceilings as well as over 80 ft. of frontage along Cherry St. The 25,500 s/f store offers a variety of prepared foods, fresh bread delivered daily, fresh sushi prepared daily, a deli, a coffee bar, produce delivery five days a week, natural organic products, frozen foods and more.

The brand is famed for Chef’s Table, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant that is inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique located inside Brooklyn Fare Market’s Hudson Yards location. Brooklyn Fare also has locations in Downtown Brooklyn, The West Village and Lincoln Square.
Residents of One Manhattan Sq. receive exclusive privileges from Brooklyn Fare, including no delivery fee and only a $10 delivery ordering minimum as well as complimentary coffee on the first day of every month. In collaboration with Experience by Extell, the developer’s in-house lifestyle management service which curates amenity programming and experiences for residents, The Brooklyn Fare catering department will provide gourmet culinary baskets for residents of the building. Event packages may include Thanksgiving boxes, Fourth of July barbecue baskets, wine and cheese pairings, tea baskets with finger sandwiches and scones, birthday party packages and more. Residents can enjoy these gourmet culinary boxes from the comfort of their homes, or within One Manhattan Square’s amenity spaces. One Manhattan Square residents can request their themed to-go baskets directly with the staff at Brooklyn Fare.
