Judelsohn of Pyramid brokers two leases totaling 12,828 s/f

Canada-based Everything for a Dollar Stores (EFADS) has initiated its entry to U.S. markets with two area lease transactions totaling 12,828 s/f. EFADS will occupy 5,546 s/f of space in the McKinley Mall on 3701 McKinley Hwy. in Hamburg and 7,282 s/f of space located adjacent to Marshall's in the Tops Maple-Transit Plaza on 2383 Maple Rd. in Williamsville. Further site selection in the market is underway.
