Architectural design is led by Radmila Lazarevic of B4A, with over 20 years of experience. Funded by public programs like ESSHI, with potential contributions from the NYS HOME program, the project is a joint venture between Brisa and Fitzgerald House, with property owner Carol Gardener facilitating the development.
