Butler has extensive experience in all aspects of the land use process. He focuses on representing applicants on a range of commercial and residential real estate projects. Phil appears regularly before town and village boards across Long Island.

Butler earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Hofstra University
