Manhattan, NY Clinton Management, the property management and brokerage affiliate of Douglaston Development, has signed a 1,301 s/f, five-year lease renewal with Andrea Rosen Gallery at Douglaston’s 555 West 23rd St. in West Chelsea (the retailer has an address of 544 West 24th St.) Clinton Management represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Widely recognized for its representation of conceptual artist, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Andrea Rosen Gallery will continue to utilize the ground floor space at the building as its primary office for its work related to the representation of Gonzalez-Torres and its support of contemporary experiential programming.
Additional art purveyors operating within the property’s 11,000 s/f retail space offering include Art9 Comics, LLC, Detour Gallery and Fredricks and Frasier Gallery.
Andrea Rosen Gallery is part of Douglaston’s 555 West 23rd Street, aimed to provide quality value for young, first-time buyers.
