CIREB welcomes its newest members to its organization

The Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) has welcomed the following new members to its organization: * Broker membership: Tom Federlin, Racing City Realty; Kim Fisk, Kimberly M. Fisk; Louis Suriano, Integrity 1st Realty; and Joseph Woutersz, Hearth & Home Real Estate. * Associate membership: Denise Cyr, A-1REO Services. CIREB is an organization of real estate professionals who broker the sale, lease and/or exchange of commercial properties. The goal of CIREB is to represent the common interests of its members and at the same time allow its clients the benefit of the experience of over 500 commercial specialists working together. CIREB's membership includes brokers, agents, property managers, developers, appraisers, attorneys, developers, economic development agencies and financial institutions actively engaged in the business of commercial real estate. Established in 1967, CIREB maintains one of the country's oldest and most advanced commercial multiple listing services (MLS). CIREB holds many functions throughout the year, many of which are fundraisers. Its marketing sessions are held on the first Thursday of every month from 8 to 10 a.m. Attendance averages 100 members. Members come to network, market their property to other members in attendance and hear from one of many prominent members of the communities invited to speak.
