What recent project, accomplishment or award are you most proud of? Balancing the role of vice president, finance & accounting, alongside the joys of motherhood has been a fulfilling accomplishment. Being able to share moments with my son in the city, pointing out the buildings where his mom has played an active role, is incredibly rewarding. Over time, I’ve achieved a harmonious work-life balance, and I take pride in leading my team with an open-door policy. My commitment lies in fostering their professional growth and contributing to the overall success of UAG.

What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? What I appreciate most about being a woman in the AEC industry is witnessing the positive evolution in workplace dynamics. In an industry traditionally dominated by men, seeing a shift toward inclusion is inspiring. The collaboration and support extended by our male counterparts, especially towards women on the field, contribute to fostering a culture of mutual respect, enhancing our industry’s collective strength.
