BOMA Rochester holds Annual Member Business Meeting Nov. 19th

BOMA Rochester held its Annual Members Business Meeting on November 19 at Mario's Italian Steakhouse on 2740 Monroe Ave. This members-only event discussed views on "How the Economy is affecting the Building Management and Building Services Industries."
The event began with BOMA Rochester chapter president, Scott Smith, welcoming the members to the meeting. This was followed by Michael Lenyk introducing the new members to the chapter. The president's report was presented by Smith and the treasurer's report by John Maguire. The chapter also held an election for it board.
At the meeting there was a review of committee plans and committee member duties. The chairmen include:

* Vendor Fair: Mariann Hooper, FMA, RPA.

BOMA Rochester's next event is its Annual Holiday Party on December 12 at Oak Hill Country Club. The registration and cash bar begins at 11:30 a.m. and the luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m.
The cost for members is $20 and guests are $50. The menu includes the choice of Char Grilled London Broil, Broiled Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Cordon Bleu.
