Seth, a partner in the firm and manager of the co-op/condo governance department, is renowned for his representation of co-op and condo boards across New York City, as well as his adept guidance for buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. A seasoned negotiator for commercial leases, Seth is known for his responsiveness, thoroughness, and amiable approach.
Edward, senior counsel in the firm’s real estate department, brings over 40 years of legal experience specializing in real estate law, banking, and civil litigation. A distinguished graduate of Syracuse University and Fordham Law School, Edward’s career includes roles such as attorney in the real property bureau of the New York State Department of Law, assistant general counsel to United Jersey Bank (now part of Bank of America), and vice president-general counsel of J.I. Sopher & Co., Inc., one of the largest residential brokerages in New York City at the time. Edward has also shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Middlesex County College and through seminars on real estate law and related topics.
