Chicago, IL Logistics Property Company, LLC has appointed Lindsay Kindlon as executive vice president - head of asset management.
Kindlon will be based out of the company’s Chicago headquarters. She will be responsible for partnering with the Logistics Property Company team and the firm’s global investors to execute business objectives, maximize portfolio value, and work with the Head of ESG to integrate sustainable best practices. She will also oversee the dedicated in-house Asset Management team.

Kindlon brings 20+ years of experience in industrial real estate to her role as head of asset management. She previously served as principal, asset management for a 50 million s/f industrial portfolio. Predominantly responsible for leasing and operations oversight, Kindlon executed more than 10 million s/f of leasing and directed third-party property management and construction throughout the Midwest. She also held previous roles in property management with institutional owners, serving multiple markets throughout the United States.
