Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, Cohen Fashion Optical, an optical retailer headquartered in New York City featuring fashion products such as eyeglasses, frames and sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses and accessories, signed a five-year lease extension for its 1,000 s/f retail location at 767 Lexington Ave.
Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Susan Goldberg of Cohen Fashion Optical represented the tenant. Cohen first moved into the space more than 45 years ago.
