“Rich’s career at EW Howell has progressed from assistant project manager to his current position as the lead project manager on a New School for the NYC SCA. Rich has accepted this challenging project with open arms. His relationships with both clients and subcontractors are vital to the project’s success as well as leading the EWH team. Rich epitomizes all of EW Howell’s core values: Integrity, Quality, Resiliency and Relationships.” - Joe Petito, Project Executive at EW Howell Construction Group.
How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? This is a challenging one that I am consciously working on. I try to make sure that the moment I arrive home I leave work at the door.
Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? I love playing golf, it is a great way to unwind and get to hang weekly with some of my longest and closest friends. In addition to that, my wife and I love spending time out on the boat as we both grew up in boating families.
Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? There are a lot of people I can recognize, but a few key people would be my first boss who got me into the business, Sean Finn, my college Lacrosse Coach, Tim McIntee and then all the great leaders I have worked with and learned from while at EW Howell.
