Perlman of Largo R.E. Advisors arranges $26 million financing

Ithaca, NY Ned Perlman of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. secured $26 million construction/permanent financing via one of Largo’s established regional banking relationships for a 77-unit (109-bed) housing development. 

The project is near Cornell University, in an established student housing neighborhood although occupancy will not be exclusively students. The four-story building will offer (10) studio units, (35) one bedroom/one bathroom, and (32) two bedroom/two bathroom units. All units will feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The building amenities include study rooms, game room, fitness center, bike storage, business center and parking garage.
