Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged three long-term leases at 600 Lexington Ave., a 305,472 s/f office building in the Plaza District.
Hollyport Capital, a global secondary private equity funds manager, signed a 6,780 s/f lease on the entire 27th floor.
Wingspire Capital, a middle market-focused specialty finance firm, signed a 4,144 s/f lease on part of the 14th floor.
Meridian Compensation Partners, one of the largest independent executive compensation consulting firms, signed a 4,407 s/f lease on part of the 4th floor.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca DiMauro represented the landlord, Lex NY Equities LLC, in the transaction. Hollyport Capital was represented by Newmark’s Tim Gibson and Harry Singer. Wingspire Capital was represented by Savills’ Gabe Marans and Maxine Rosen.
