What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

We’ve seen a continued push for transit-oriented multifamily projects at various scales, even while market conditions and interest rates might not be ideal. We’ve been able to work with top developers to get creative in finding unique TOD opportunities, including adaptive re-use and office-to-residential conversions to help enhance our downtowns.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

Our firm was awarded the ‘Architectural Achievement Award’ by the American Institute of Architects Long Island Chapter, an incredible honor recognizing our 40+ year history of quality architecture and design. It was an incredible testament to our great team and our dedication to design excellence.
