East Meadow, NY Kenneth Hoffmann, partner in the banking and commercial lending practice groups at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, is currently serving on the 2024 American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team. Hoffmann said, “I’m supporting Go Red for Women for my mother and all the women in my life.” The American Heart Association will celebrate its 100th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of its Go Red for Women Campaign in 2024.
Hoffman represents financial institutions and businesses in the areas of commercial lending, complex real estate transactions and asset-based financings. He has represented various lenders and borrowers in a wide array of commercial matters, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, letter of credit transactions, mortgage loans (both permanent and construction financings), leasehold mortgages, and interest rate swap transactions. He has significant experience documenting credit facilities to middle market borrowers in the contractor, health care, not-for-profit and restaurant industries.
He served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for 1 in 9: The Long Island Breast Cancer Action Coalition.
Hoffmann earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from New York University and a Juris Doctor from the Albany Law School of Union University. Admitted to practice in New York State, he is currently a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations and lectures to trade organizations
