RICS Americas, the regional division of London-based real estate and construction professional organization the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), will host a conference on maximizing returns on large-scale development projects from Nov. 8-10 at the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The conference will feature two days of expert speakers offering global perspectives on vulnerabilities and opportunities in large development projects. Hon. Orette Bruce Golding, prime minister of Jamaica, will deliver a keynote address to launch the conference, which boasts a stellar roster of speakers including executives from RICS, Citigroup, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, The Palmyra Resort, National Commercial Bank, Deloitte, Turner International, RTKL Architects and more.
RICS is a property and construction organization that boasts more than 130,000 members in over 125 countries, operating in disciplines ranging from construction and development to valuation and fine arts appraisal.
