West Seneca, NY CBRE Upstate NY negotiated the $4.5 million sale of the 98,090 s/f industrial property at 100 Gemcor Dr.

CBRE Upstate NY’s Lida Eberz represented Gemcor Automation LLC in the disposition of the manufacturing facility to the town of West Seneca.

Coinciding with the sale, Eberz is also assisting Gemcor Automation with the relocation of its office to 301 Cayuga Rd. in Cheektowaga.
