North Tonawanda, NY Cleeman Realty Group brokered the $20.75 million sale of Mid City Plaza. The 210,081 s/f shopping center is anchored by a Tops Market grocery store and is on a 24.73 acre lot. The grocery store recently underwent a nearly $3 million renovation to the interior and exterior of the store which has helped drive additional traffic to the subject property and boost sales for the grocery store. The property was 77% occupied at the time of closing.

Michael Cleeman and Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller in this off-market transaction.

“The buyer was attracted to the strong line up of national tenants and the significant amount of upside through leasing the vacant spaces,” said Seelenfreund.
