Manhattan, NY According to Newmark Retail, the Warren Tricomi salon has relocated its Upper East Side location to a 5,200 s/f space at 969 Madison Ave. Newmark Vice Chairman Jeffrey Roseman and Director Drew Weiss represented Warren Tricomi on the transaction.

Led by principals Edward Tricomi & Roxana Pintilie, Warren Tricomi has been in business for over 30 years. The tenant signed a 10-year lease for 5,200 s/f spanning the entire fourth floor of the building, with an entrance on 76th St.
