Manhattan, NY Fried Frank acted as counsel to Weill Cornell Medicine in its lease at 575 Lexington Ave., pursuant to which Weill Cornell Medicine added more than an additional 100,000 s/f to its existing 200,000 s/f premises at the building. Weill Cornell Medicine will lease over 200,000 s/f for a 30-year term pursuant to a leasehold condominium structure. The new space will be home to a clinical practice, expected to open in fall 2025.
