Goldschmidt & Assoc. represents Crate & Barrel for 38,000 s/f

According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, the firm has represented Crate & Barrel in one of their first retail locations in Fairfield County. The property is located at 1200 Post Rd. East, off exit 18 of I95. The ownership was represented by Steven Crowley of SCA Realty. Goldschmidt reports that his company was given the assignment in the 1990s to search out the perfect location for Crate & Barrel. The search had many "twist and turns" for years until Crowley presented what turned out to be the right location at the right time. According to Pam Bren Goldschmidt, the transaction took patience and perseverance, but it paid off with the opening of the new 38,000 s/f location.
