Capelli Enterprises welcomes Nordstrom to City Center: 35,000 s/f

Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of leading fashion specialty retailer Nordstrom Inc., has opened its newest store in City Center. The 35,000 s/f store is the retailer's second Rack in the state. Nordstrom also operates a Rack at The Mall at the Source in Hempstead, Nordstrom operates two full-line stores at The Westchester in White Plains and at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, Long Island. "We are extremely pleased to welcome Nordstrom Rack to City Center," said Louis Cappelli, President of Cappelli Enterprises, developer and owner of the $350 million, 400,000 s/f City Center.
