Yonkers, NY ERG Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of a 16-unit multifamily building for $2.3 million. The four-story fully rent stabilized building at 15 Locust Hill Ave., is 12,544 s/f. It was built in 1927.

The building sold for $138,235 per unit and $187 per s/f.
