What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Representation of a client in the diligence and negotiation to acquire a non-performing mezzanine loan and the subsequent restructuring of such mezzanine loan in connection with new construction loan mortgage financing. The restructuring of the capital stack facilitated the continuation of the construction of a stalled commercial development comprised of retail and offices. There was a tremendous sense of accomplishment in concluding this interesting and important project for my client.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mother who had the self-confidence and courage to relocate to pursue a career at a time when few women had such opportunities.
