What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? In connection with the sale of an 80,000 s/f medical office building, I prepared a detailed review and analysis of the building’s financial merits as an investment opportunity based on its internal rate of return as well as a projection based on relevant market indicators. My work has been critical to the team’s marketing efforts, and I am proud to be able to provide such value on a transaction of this size.
