The most important factors in choosing a firm are to confirm you like the firm’s culture and structure, and that it is a place where you will be able to grow and achieve your personal goals.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I have been a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s tax certiorari & condemnation committee for a number of years, and most recently, as a co-chair. During my time with the committee, I have assisted in creating a commercial real estate-focused, biennial, joint program with the Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The program, which spotlights commercial real estate related topics, has been in a variety of different formats and locations, and each time, the presentations were very well received. We are in the beginning stages of planning for an upcoming program this year, and I look forward to continuing the program in the future. 

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? All parents who are working and juggling raising a family. The ability to walk in the office and accomplish what needs to be done, while simultaneously scheduling doctor’s appointments, ordering school supplies, arranging for transportation to and from activities, among a thousand other things, is a quality in every parent that inspires me.
