What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Completing the major renovation and expansion at the 122 Fifth office building. The development was a fast-track project that started during the COVID pandemic. With a major tenant racing to occupy within our timeline to finish the renovation, the challenge was to manage concurrent tenant fit-out that would normally take place after the building construction. I led the daily coordination among the construction and consulting teams and managed the project budget for a successful closeout.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Real estate is a people business. No matter a company’s size, a career-nourishing environment should cultivate diversity in talents, and highlight building long-term collaborative relationships.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? Women in real estate leadership are rare. I admire all fellow female professionals who apply themselves with confidence and a keen eye for detail.
